What's up good leader people! How is everyone? It has been a while. I am grateful for space and the encouragement that this small emerging community is working. People were really kind and told me to take care of myself. I am back. Refreshed and excited to serve to be with you.

This week is a long one. Meet Andrew, our pun dealer and my friend, a picture of leading in the ordinary and through quite a bit of adversity. We talk about leading in the middle of racism, leading when your teammates reject you and while you are growing your self-esteem.
