Our guest this week on The Leader's Podcast, Kgolagano Rakhudu is an award-winning Mail & Guardian 200 Young South African who is a Basketball Operations Professional and Social Entrepreneur. His mission aims to use sports as a vehicle for purpose and meaningful existence for youth in the Royal Bafokeng Nation the African continent at large.
At the cusp of his career, after years of coaching in the Bafokeng region, in 2018 he was named head coach of the team Africa and the Middle East at the Junior NBA International Championship, held in Orlando, Florida. He led the team to win the championship after beating the Canadian national team 93-75, a milestone that would catapult his trajectory in the industry.
