He is the first guest from the culinary industry and delivered so much content, we had to record two parts! Chef Kyle Hires has over 17 years of experience in the culinary industry. In 2008, he graduated in the top 5 from Le Cordon Bleu. Past professional experiences include Disney and Marriott brand hotels. He has worked as a Banquet Chef, Executive Chef and CEO, opened 200 seater restaurants, consulted on front of the house and back of the house operations and is a highly respected celebrity chef in Atlanta, Georgia.
