Pastor Mark reminds us today that one of God’s most effective tools for getting our attention is “wait” training. When we see something great, we could be doing it for the kingdom of God, but the Holy Spirit says, “wait!” It can be hard to handle. It can be discouraging. But if we will use the waiting to focus on Jesus alone, he will use the wait in amazing ways in our lives. Have you had to wait for something you know is going to be good? And good not only for you but for the kingdom of God? Maybe you’re waiting now. Don’t let the time be wasted. Accept the leading of the Spirit and lean into every word he says.
