Today I sit down with Alexandria Ott, founder of Chrome City Creative Studio and a seasonal hospitality company The Blank Table based in San Diego. She is one bad ass entrepreneur with a passion for speaking up for what she believes is right and being true to herself and it was these passions that led her to Chicago where she scaled a PR agency and was thriving before returning to California to do it again, this time as a single mom. Alexandria wasn't afraid to get personal during our chats and we talk all about navigating building a business, rediscovering yourself as an adult and all the lessons motherhood and entrepreneurship has taught her. It felt like a call with an older sister and was exactly what I needed and love so much about having this platform, I hope you enjoy!

Today I sit down with my friend Amber Sabri, founder of Azhar PR, based in NYC and she gets candid on why entrepreneurship was the path for her. From growing up inside the fashion world, loving events and pop culture, she knew she wanted to be in the public relations industry early on. She studied it in college but after a few internships she knew she was ready to freelance as a consultant and soon Azhar PR was born. Amber's goal as a consultant and publicist was to give minority and women owned brands a voice and she has done that and more. From event management, brand and launch strategy, podcasts, digital media, being a part of SXSW and more she has grown Azhar PR on her own terms and she shares how she knew when the right time to add new services and raise prices was. We talk all about what its like to study PR in school, BTS of the industry and the lessons she's learned in the few years of being a business owner and entrepreneur. If you wanna get into PR or are looking for advice on starting your own service based company like us, be sure to listen and follow Amber for more.
Several of her clients have been on the podcast and its so fun to become friends with others in the social media space who's stories and visions align with yours, we hope you love this convo!

Today I sit down with serial entrepreneurs and best friends, Jessica and Olivia, the founders of Mood the Agency, a digital creative agency and we dive into how they started their careers as models and have grown into badass business owners! They are also the cohosts of the Whiskey and Water podcast where they share advice for female entrepreneurs from wellness, to leadership skills, to productivity and even dating. Their latest project Socially Ambitious is a new course for those wanting to learn more about the influencer space and be a part of it in a way maybe you haven't thought of before, that is a game changer for the industry. I loved learning how it came to be, how they really foster the skills of their employees and of course how they have fun along the way!
We had an incredible conversation about how they navigate being in business together as BFFs, hiring and delegating, learning to price their services, and how they are able to do it all plus so much more. It is always inspiring to me when I connect with women who have taken their skills and passions to create businesses where they can foster them, and Jess and Olivia have done it 3 times! If you're looking to really create a life and career you love, this one's for you!

Today I wanted to share a candid convo on how I've been, what I've learned and how much I have grown in the year since I graduated from law school and in my first 8 months of practicing and owning my own businesses. I officially graduated on May 21 but I couldn't wait to share anymore. I've been doing a lot of reflecting (if you follow me on socials you know) and seeing some college friends and having heart to hearts 5-6 years later really just made me look inward and I felt called to make an episode all about it. What a year it has been! From lessons in love and relationships to business, career and networking to confidence and mindset, I truly feel that I am in the best place I have ever been in my life and while there is still so much for me to grow and heal from and learn, I am happier than I maybe have ever been.
Also episode 80! I started this podcast my 3L fall and now almost 2 years later I have chronicled so much of my life and growth on here with you guys, thank you for being a part of it. It is because of this platform that I have really developed this confidence and learned so many of these lessons, getting to invite inspirational guests to hear their stories has encouraged me to keep pursuing my own and its this that has propelled it all. All that to say I'm just getting started and I can't wait to continue to share it here and see where I'm at in 6 months. Here's to the next chapter!

Today I sit down with fellow Miami girl and multi hyphenate Latina, Nicole Escalante, the founder of Nikki E Designs and we talk all about how she knew she needed to lean into her passion for custom demi-fine jewlery that she designed herself. She is an architect by training and she scaled Nikki E Designs into a successful jewelry business out of her own home quickly with her affordable and timeless pieces and social media.
There is just something for me about women who don't limit themselves to one passion or career and it inspires me to know that Nikki gets to combine her love of sketching and designing with her love of jewelry, two distinct mediums but both at her core, much like myself. She shares what its really like finding a manufacturer for her brand, the decision she had to make that took Nikki E Designs to the next level and her favorite part of designing a new collection and more! Her 2023 Spring Summer Collection is about to launch so run don't walk to her IG to be the first to get your hands on it.
