About Karen:
Karen Stanley is an entrepreneur, professional Mezzo-Soprano, yogi, hiker and laugh-way-too-loud-er. As Amazon’s #1 mate seeking, new release author and frequent self-improvement podcast guest, she explains it best herself: “Hi, I’m Karen! I’m not a doctor or a psychologist. I was a single mom for a thousand years (OK, eight), and I finally experienced real love after dealing with abuse, going through divorce and facing bankruptcy, foreclosure and repossession of my car – all while raising two kids alone. After struggling with self-worth and attracting the wrong partner time and time again, I realized if you want to manifest the life you’ve always wanted, you must become the person you’ve always wanted to be. I believe no matter what we’ve gone through, we can experience lasting-love – starting with ourselves.”
Show Notes:
For every experience take ‘Radical Responsibility’.
Ask:
You have to pay attention and be aware that you ended up in drama again. When that happens, we have to slow down and take a step back.
Ask:
What have I done to create joy and peace in my life?
What have a done to create pain?
Then, learn from the experience to become a better person.
Ask: What is each person in my life teaching me?
Ask: What do I want? When you know, become that person. If you say (as an example):
'I want someone who is 100% in integrity. I want someone who has lots of energy. I want someone who takes care of their body. I want someone who is grateful……'
You have to BE those things to attract people who are those things.
If I don’t speak my mind with the people in my life, then I give permission for them to do those things that bother me or things I don’t want.
It’s also important to acknowledge our own growth.
Don’t waste your time trying to figure out why something happens or why someone did something.
Figure yourself out. That's way more productive!

SHOW NOTES
When we live in our 'Zone of Genius' we enjoy 'flow' where without 'working hard'. We feel good and making a contribution is easy and natural.
Get into flow by noticing how things make you feel.
Pay attention to how you feel and chose things that feel good and make you happy.
It takes awareness to stay in flow because we are wired to go off track. Being human means that we're inclined to go into a state of threat - meaning, there is something I need to control.
It is human nature to live in the 'Drama Triangle' where we feel like we need to be right about something. It could be as simple as being 'right' that I don't have enough time or energy or resources.
It could also be a judgment of self or of others (being right about someone).
The Drama Triangle consists of these three 'people' (any one of these can be me):
Victim - Powerless, 'he/she made me', I had no choice, it's someone else's fault
Villain - Makes judgments about situations or people - right/wrong, good/bad, the critic
Hero - The one who must save, rescue, redeem, make problems go away, ends suffering
To escape the 'Drama Triangle', one must surrender being 'right'. I may be right. I may be wrong. It doesn't matter.
Can you be okay with saying, 'I don't know'?

Empowering Questions help us reframe from focusing on what isn’t working and open our sense of awareness.
Through new awareness you can see opportunities you haven’t considered before.
When we ask empowering questions, they can cause us to be curious and ponder and they remove the emotion.
Empowering question never starts with the word ‘why’. When we ask why, it brings in defenses, ego and emotion.
Empowering questions are specific and time bound.
When you ask someone else an empowering question, be silent while you wait for their answer.

She is an International Publicist/Purpose/Personal Branding Coach, a Twin Mom, 4x Amazon Bestselling Author, featured on Forbes, Elle, CBS, Radiant Magazine & more.
Show Notes:
Purpose is the thing we are made for - just as a piano is for playing, you have a purpose to fulfill.
We often get lost in the evolution process as we move toward our purpose. We head toward our purpose but get distracted for days, months, even years by other things.
Having multiple passions during the evolution is great - as long as we learn from them. When it's time to transition to another passion, take the opportunity to figure out what you learned from the one you're ending.
When you're living on purpose, there will be indicators (and they can be different for everyone), such as:
Having a team of people who can support you so you can focus on your purpose is key. It could be as simple as having someone else mow your lawn so you can write a chapter in your book or build your community. It could be hiring a graphic designer or a bookkeeper (not part of your purpose).
Certainty about your purpose gives you a huge confidence boost and the ability to show up clear and impactful.

About David:
David is a former consulting actuary to Fortune 100 companies. He built the world’s largest coaching business, becoming #1 on Google for life coaching and coaching thousands of hours in 12 countries around the globe.
As well as helping others, David is no stranger to overcoming challenges himself, having survived a full collapse of his paraglider and a fractured spine, witnessing the death of his sister at age seven, anxiety and depression, and a national Gong Show!
He coaches high performing business owners to double revenue, and their time off by focusing on less and being 30% more courageous in their business or career.
Show Notes:
David is committed to freedom but perhaps values emotional freedom the most.
Emotional freedom looks like being fully expressed and asking for what you really want.
That requires courage.
When we can ask for what we want, the true win is in the self-expression:
Self-expression is the courage to ask for what you want….regardless of the outcome.
We don’t want to look back at the end of life and wish we'd had the courage to do something bigger.
In business, If you want to make more money, you have to have more courage. When you reach out and call 10 people, that takes courage.
The Discomfort Zone:
When you feel a little nervous or excited, you’re bumping up against your discomfort zone.
Productivity
People overcommit all the time - both men and women.
We take on too much as business owners. On the macro level, it's best to work on the top 3 goals rather than 10 or 20 and accomplish them.
On the micro level, look at the next 7 days and pare it down as well to a few achievable goals. .
When you focus on less, you’ll be more successful at what you do.
Build a habit of success.
David focuses on 3 buckets with clients:

About Jennifer:
Jennifer helps working moms create habits, routines and mindset shifts that make getting healthy for life fun and easy! She's the creator of The Mom Strong Method for badass working moms.
Show Notes:
When working for someone else no longer feels fulfilling or makes you happy, you may be considering making the leap to entrepreneurship. However, making the leap without a safety net can cause undue stress.
Instead, Jennifer recommends keeping your day job until it's the right time to make the change. To manage it, she recommends that you:
It's all about Time vs. Energy. We may have the time to make progress on our entrepreneurial enterprise but first we really need to have the energy.
To make a move in the direction of owning your business start with something small and master that rather than doing something drastic that is unsustainable….
Think small, incremental steps to success even if it feels slower than you like to go. Take your time, build good habits and celebrate your wins along the way.
Remember: things change and your dreams and goals can change. There’s nothing wrong with and there are no 'rules' when you design the life you want.

We can be intentional about how we live our life and who we become.
If we are finding ourselves repeating the same mistakes or encountering the 'same' difficult relationships over and over, we have an opportunity to look at those situations and ask what the lesson is.
Karen calls this the 'Lazy River', where you keep going round and round with no resolution.
Robin calls it the 'Pebble, Rock & Boulder'. First you get the pebble. If you don't learn from it, it comes back bigger (the rock). If you still don't learn from it, you get the boulder!
When Karen experienced this, she realized that she wasn't attracting the right partner because SHE wasn't who she wanted to be. She couldn't attract what she was not.
Karen focused on key areas of her life and reinvented herself with thoughtfulness and intention. The areas were:

Lois is a South African businesswoman with extensive local and international speaking, human resource, training, business management, project management, marketing, consulting, and leadership coaching experience.
She experienced a horrific attack and eventually set herself free through forgiveness. She now supports others to do the same. Fly Free with Lois – Your Friend for Forgiveness.
Lois's book, Walking Without Skin: A Journey of Healing from Fear to Forgiveness is part memoir and part self-help guide. She has developed a program for boys and men (and girls and women) - B.R.A.V.E. designed to fight toxic masculinity and eradicate gender-based domestic violence.
Show Notes:
For this episode, I have not written extensive show notes. I feel the impact is in Lois's story and show notes won't do it justice.
In a nutshell, forgiveness is a choice we make. Some things are relatively easy to forgive and other things require much more time and effort.
When we forgive, we set ourselves free. When we remain in unforgiveness, it takes a toll on our health (emotional, mental, spiritual and even physical).
Forgiveness is a process and a choice but choosing it gives us back our freedom.

About Jayne
A MASTER Scientific Hand Analyst and Purpose, Law of Attraction & Spiritual Life Coach featured in a FORBES article about her work, Jayne Sanders helps leaders, business owners, and managers love their lives and their work.
After an MBA and many years in the corporate world, Jayne did a complete 180 and now reveals your innate purpose, special gifts and blind spots, then guides you into the inspired meaning, passion, and fulfillment you crave in life and work.
Corporate and team benefits are numerous as well. When not doing her purpose work, Jayne can be found out on the trail riding her beautiful Arabian/Appaloosa horse, Darby, or eating dark chocolate :) .
Show Notes
Scientific hand analysis is NOT predictive. It is not Palm Reading. It is a scientifically validated process.
The lines and markings on your hands correlate to the neuropathways in your brain.
The core of your purpose are found on your fingerprints. Although the lines on your hands change, your fingerprints are formed in utero and never change.
Your hand analysis will tell you who you are and why you are here (how you are to make a difference in the world). It also reveals your blind spots.
There are 'Master Paths' and 'Student Paths' in your markings. They indicated how you feel and operate when you are living into your purpose and when you are not (the 'student' path).
Jayne finds that when people have this kind of confidence about their purpose, they can more easily align with joy and ease.
It doesn't matter where you are or what age you are, scientific hand analysis works!
