Somewhere between women between 28 and 40 begin to reevaluate all of the choices they've made to this point. This is a transition point where women ask, 'What do I want to do and who do I want to be now?'
Women in careers begin to question what success really is. This is a normal and common experience!
Becca guides moms through specific steps to figuring out what comes next. She initially asks women to:
Before you change careers, it’s critical that you go through a process of evaluation so you don’t end up swapping one career that doesn’t make you happy for another.
Sometimes you have to give yourself permission to ask the tough questions and change direction.
Doing the introspection isn't necessarily easy to do alone or to even carve out the time we need to do this important processing but, it's important to get the support we need.
Our happiness and satisfaction in our career directly impacts the quality of every other aspect of our lives.
Success is different for everyone. You can consider:
It’s also important to check your goals and make sure they are still taking you in the direction you want to go. You can change your mind along the way.

About Kenya:
Kenya is a Wellness Coach who loves helping busy moms to create more balance in their lives while reducing stress by practicing yoga on and off the mat. In addition to raising two kids, she's a Course Creator, College Professor, and Podcast Host of "From My Mat to Yours" (available anywhere you listen to your podcast).
Show Notes
There a number of styles of Yoga. Be sure to do some research and find what works for you.
There is Yoga for mindfulness, Yoga for a workout, Yoga with music and Yoga without.
There is Yoga that focuses on the energy centers (Chakras) and Kenya has found that really helpful in learning to be more present and understanding, especially with her children.
She has learned how to be more mindful of her thoughts which in turn, has helped her to teach her kids that, too.
Once we 'get it', we can help our kids with mindfulness and recognizing that there are always consequences (positive or negative) to our actions.
When we are more mindful, we can see that we have both choice and responsibility. This always applies to ourselves and to our children.
Some tips about what you should look for in yoga and how to make it a regular part of your week:

In Facebook: Untying the Knots of Divorce Women's Group (private group, request to join)
About Marisa
Marisa is a certified life coach who has mastered strategies that empower women in her private practice to cultivate an authentic life overflowing with love, meaning and passion. After having checked all the boxes that she thought were going to lead her to the happiness she craved, something deep inside her was still missing.
Purpose emerged through her most difficult time; an entangled divorce with two children, a very opinionated Italian family without much support. She developed tools and strategies to untie the knots of divorce that bound her and started living a life of freedom.
In her coaching she guides women through untying the knots of divorce and teaches them how to emerge into their highest self.
Show Notes
Women often make check lists of what they think they want when they're growing up and imagining their future. But, those lists are often incomplete (simply because we don't know everything!).
Having a relationship with ourselves is often left off that list (cultivating love for ourselves and taking care not to lose ourselves in service to our family).
When we divorce, we experience a crisis of identity. "I'm no longer someone's wife".
It can feel like we've lost ourselves.
If you are considering divorce, do NOT make a decision from a place of reaction.
Get a coach who can be neutral (not a friend, not a family member) and who can give you tools and processes to work through it.
Get into a place emotionally where you can make good decisions.
It is normal to feel isolated when you're going through a divorce. You may feel numb but you have to be willing to really look at what's happening and feel your emotions. Just like a caterpillar, you are in a transition and you have to go through it to emerge.
A coach can help you learn to dismantle stories, defuse triggers and through unconditional love for yourself and others, find a way to forgiveness and freedom.

About Crystal
Crystal is parent coach for moms and Canadian homeschooling mama of 4. She merges positive parenting concepts with life coaching tools to help parents manage difficult behaviors in their children, without time-outs, yelling or threats.
Show Notes
Crystal helps mom with positive parenting and loves to help parents of children who are neurodivergent or whose behaviors are challenging. 'Neurodivergent' is a term that describes children who have learning differences including Autism, ADD, ADHD, ODD, OCD, etc...
Our expectations of our children can lead to our frustration.
When we can show up with more curiosity we can be more compassionate toward our children.
There can be more than 'one story' behind our child's behavior.
There are 4 areas that impact our kids and their behavior:
Crystal recommends a 'screen reset' to help your family identify and reduce the addiction to screens. Start with yourself and see how your screen habits are effecting you.
Our kids cannot self regulate when they are young. It's up to us to help them manage their screen time.

"What boundaries do you have in place today? Is it what you've chosen or are you just doing it because it's the way it's always been done?"
There are two ends of the spectrum when it comes to parenting - Authoritative and Permissive. Neither really help our kids.
We learn and grow from our experiences - and so do our kids.
We need to update our boundaries and not just inherit them from old parenting paradigms or from our parents.
We have to be confident about the boundaries we choose and be able to own them. Then, we have to give ourselves permission to follow through with consequences and rewards.
Consequences should closely match the boundary that was violated.
Watching our teens grow and supporting them requires that we be present in their experience. Allowing them to go through tough experiences may save them from more hardship down the road.
Remember, when things are tough, there is good in this. We can learn to be curious and ask ourselves, 'What could my teen be learning from this lesson right now?'

After surviving pulmonary embolism and anoxic brain injury at 32, Paige channeled her innate resilience into recovery. She searched for and found whole person therapies centered around bringing all systems into balance in a way that would fill in the pieces and complement allopathic medicine. This brought in Paige’s entrepreneurial vision of connecting other under-supported brain injury survivors with integrative, holistic, functional and bio-regulatory resources and practitioners, in addition to speaking and writing about her recovery path.
Show Notes
Paige says that many things can contribute to experiencing a brain injury. She attributes anxiety medication, acne medication, an unhealthy gut biome, and her career misalignment with being the perfect set up for her embolism.
She has been committed to finding useful ways to improve her brain and optimize her recovery. She now works with people who have brain injuries or warning signs. She consults with them and has a list of therapies that can improve or enhance their quality of life.

Show Notes:
Archetypes are 12 Personality types developed by Carl Jung. They are a very deep look into our psyche and are based on science.
We each have a primary, secondary, and tertiary archetype, and they can change over time.
Our Archetypes change as we mature, and often, new or secondary archetypes step forth after we become parents (or in times of stress or challenge).
We are familiar with Archetypes because stories are written around archetypes - often the Hero and the Hero's Journey. Well known stories that follow the hero's journey are Star Wars, Harry Potter and the books by Tolkien (The Hobbit & The Lord of the Rings Trilogy).
In business, if you know your Archetype (and Mind Type & Map of Reality), your messages are clearer and people can identify with you more easily. You become relatable and more attractive to the right people.
As a parent, knowing your Archetype lets you harness your superpowers, understand your challenges, avoid your triggers, and build more confidence in your choices.
When you also know and understand the Archetype of your spouse or partner (and eventually your children), you can choose to align with the 'easy way' and intentionally avoid creating friction and frustration.

About Janine McJannet
Janine McJannet, Soul Empowerment Expert & Coach, Speaker, Poet, Host of the “Souled Out Speakin” Show, and the Founder of "The Souled Out Sisters Lounge” ... joins us to share some of her bittersweet journey.
Janine was raised in a dysfunctional family system, with alcoholic parents at the helm. Born in Canada, and raised in Australia, she learned the then valuable trait of doing for others before she would do for herself. This led to life decisions that were not made from her heart, but from her busy people-pleasing perfectionist mind.
She works with tired and wired women, guiding them to empower themselves by speaking their own truth and finding that innate strength to break the cycle of people pleasing and other dysfunctional traits that are no longer serving them - for the "soul" purpose of becoming the conscious relationships master of their own life.

When you’re struggling with a disease, and when you've gone through breast cancer, you are not the same person as you used to be. You are a new version of you. There are new pieces to you. It’s a new puzzle.
If you have a heartbeat, you still have a purpose in life. It may even be that what you've experienced has had a meaningful impact on someone else.
When you realize you have an expiration date, you also recognize a need for a change. You have to go through a series of steps to become more aware of your authentic self and help you get to the purpose you feel in your heart.
What Cindy wished she’d known about going through treatment:
- How to be open & honest with family members about her diagnosis
- Not to feel guilty about what she couldn't do.
- You need time & space to heal.
- Recovery is a very long process.
After breast cancer she realized:
- My body will never be the same.

Your deep inner wisdom isn’t always aligned with your spirit. Your deep inner wisdom is concerned with your humanity where your spirit is the higher frequencies of the non physical self that sees the bigger picture.
Energetic NLP brings the spirit and deep wisdom together to collaborate. When they collaborate, it’s Your Miraculous Self.
