Welcome to The Liberation Lab podcast, where we explore disruptive education and how it can transform the world. I'm your host, Bobby Morgan, and in this episode, Joy and the 2%, we're joined by a special guest, Julian Marshall, to discuss our journey as Black male educators.
As Black male educators, we represent only 2% of the teaching workforce, and our journey to get here was not without its challenges. But through it all, we've found joy in our work and a sense of purpose in helping to shape the minds of the next generation.
During this episode, we'll share our personal stories and experiences of overcoming obstacles and breaking down barriers to become the educators we are today. We'll also discuss the importance of joy in the classroom and how it can help create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
At Liberation Lab, we aim to build disruptive educators who challenge the status quo and push the boundaries of what's possible in education. Liberation Lab is dedicated to helping schools and businesses create meaningful change through innovative learning experiences. So if you're ready to join us in disrupting education, we invite you to book a consultation today.
During this call, we'll learn more about your needs and goals and share how our services can help you achieve them. Whether you're looking to revamp your curriculum, implement new teaching strategies, or develop a culture of innovation in your organization, we can help.
