Bobby Morgan is a principal, writer, speaker, and consultant committed to promoting equity and culturally responsive teaching practices in education. With over a decade of experience working primarily in under-resourced communities, Bobby is passionate about unlocking the present potential in Black and Brown communities.
As an educator, Bobby holds a B.S. in Elementary Education with a Math Specialization from Kean University and an M.Ed. in Educational Leadership from William Paterson University of New Jersey. He is dedicated to changing the educational landscape through coaching, workshops, and meaningful professional development that helps ensure student success pathways.
Beyond his work in academic institutions, Bobby is an educational advocate, partnering with allies to fight for equitable policies and legislative priorities for all students. He founded Liberation Lab, an educational consulting firm committed to three pillars - (Un)Learn, Lead, and Liberate. Through Liberation Lab, Bobby empowers teachers to put liberatory practices to work immediately, benefiting student outcomes. Additionally, he provides parents and families with resources to hold schools accountable for more than just equity aspirations.
