Fighting external monsters, or battling internal ones?
Nietzsche reminds us about not becoming monsters ourselves, when we are fighting monsters.
A warning about the dangers of adopting the veryqualities we oppose. A reminder, that the more we engage with darkness or negativity, the more we may start to mirror it. In this episode, hosts Magnus Zaar and Nidhi Garg reflect on this idea, and the cost of staying too long in the fight.
As Nietzsche put it:
"And if you gaze long enough into an abyss, the abyss also gazes into you."
This week’s episode is a gentle reminder:
We tend to chase happiness somewhere out there,in the next thing, place, person...
From a yogic lens, this is a reminder to pause and check inwards.
Or at the very least, don’t forget to explore your own backyard, instead of always looking for meaning in the external.
Let's go Star Wars!
In this episode, Magnus Zaar and Nidhi Garg, dissect a quote from The Great Jedi Master Yoda himself. It's time for wisdom from a galaxy far, far away.
