From the outside, Natalia has a beautiful life. She is a positive & happy soul with a great job, a happy marriage and a large instagram following who watches her journey. Over 2 years ago, Natalia received a diagnosis which changed everything, but has been hesitant to share her secret with the world. In this conversation, Natalia gets super vulnerable by sharing exactly what she is going through with her physical health and how that has impacted her mental health, all with the intention of helping others.
This conversation is beyond inspiring. Myself & Russ worked together during some really dark times and I am so happy for Russ to share his story with all of you. Nothing makes me happier than these breakthroughs and if it is possible for Russ, it is possible for you! Please take a listen and don't forget to leave us a review!
If there was ever a person to define the word resilience, it would be Anita Horan. Sharing her story for the first time, Anita talks about her experience growing up in a strict religion, where she was given and expected to live within a set of beliefs provided by the church. Her upbringing led her to a place of mental illness, incredibly unfair and unjust treatment from other women and ultimately choosing motherhood over her faith.
This story is moving & powerful with so many underlying lessons and messages which we could all learn from. If you would like to read more about Anita & her story, you can do so through her eBook's:
