    2) Heather mentioned that confusion in a relationship is a red flag. How can you monitor this friendship on the trust scale? Is this a situation in which you need to take your power back?

    2) Has someone recently broken your trust? Where should your trust level be on the "continuum of trust?" Is this a time to show grace, pull back, or love and release?

    In our final episode for April's theme addressing Rebirth and Renewal, Heather shared how celebrating one another involves embracing grace and intentionally making those in your inner circle a priority. We also need to show ourselves compassion in order to pour out compassion on others. 

    Questions to Think About:

    1) Is there someone you should celebrate? What could you do to show them how much they mean to you? Is there also someone you should "love and release?" 

    2) By showing compassion to yourself, you're able to have compassion for others. Are you treating yourself with grace and compassion? Is it time to slow some things down or say no to things that are running you down?

    Our theme for April is Rebirth and Renewal and growing our confidence is a crucial step towards becoming who we were made to be. Regardless of your position in a company or your level of achievement in life, everyone struggles with feeling confident at times. Learn how Heather strengthens her confidence on a daily basis, what basic struggles we all seem to face, and how to exude confidence to reach our goals.
