4 Top Tips to Sales Conversations That Convert
James’ top four tips are:
#1 – Sales is simply a conversation with money at the end. It’s about the GIVING not the taking. He talks about the energy around “confidence” during the sales conversation.
#2 – Sell the destination, NOT the journey. We don’t buy the airplane seat, we buy the all inclusive romantic holiday on a remote island!
#3 – If they don’t understand it, they can’t/don’t buy it. How do we ensure we can effectively communicate what we do? (rather than what we are)
#4 – Don’t chase them, replace them. LOVED this conversation. Chasing comes from a lack mentality. How do we get around that?
