Chris Lumry is a California-based writer, entrepreneur and social change advocate. After completing a Public Policy degree at Princeton and an MBA at Harvard, he worked for a successful tech start-up in Silicon Valley. His life took a drastic turn when he realised the need to prioritise his wellness and mental health.   

Inspired by this journey, he founded OneStepHope, a nonprofit that has captured dozens of stigma-breaking stories of recovery from addiction and reaches tens of thousands with inspiring mental health content.
