Shoshanna Mitchell is a good friend of mine that suffered the sudden and shocking loss of her loving mother in her recent past. I've had the pleasure of knowing Shoshanna a while now and reaching out to speak with her about the journey she is on seemed like a great opportunity to share, so hopefully some of you can take something from it. As some of you are aware I lost my father quite suddenely so Shoshanna and I were able to really connect and make a lot of sense from a truly awful period for both of us.
