It's not often you get to have a meaningful catch up with your old headteacher. I did and I was really moved by his story. I went to Hawthorns school in my very early childhood and was lucky enough to have this wonderful man, Tim Johns as my Headteacher. My time there was mixed, I had incredbly bad homesickness but this didn't stop me from having some profound moments when I was there. Tim spent decades there from when he was a pupil to the day he became the head. It's a story about a man that fell in love with teaching, improving and inspiring lives. I'm sure you'll open your heart and go on this journey with me!

Jon Amor is a total blues legend that's been knee deep in the blues scene for decades. This is a very personal and very special conversation for me personally and one that you're bound to enjoy. It's essentially a truly incredible story about the highs and lows of being in a touring band, the perspectives gained and the intensity you can only imagine. Jon takes us from sunny Devizes as a wee boy to touring with the likes of Buddy Guy and B.B.King with The Hoax. The Hoax were Britains leading Blues band for years and years, a band that blew your eardrums and opened your soul to what blues can achieve. Enjoy!

Really enjoyed this one. Such a kind man with such a rich story! Dave in what you might call a 'fixer' for TV crews and journalists looking to take on mother nature. He's an expedition guide,a safety consultant and does he have some stories. His journey into all of that of course had to start somewhere as as per usual we get a really good sense of what makes a man like Dave tick. Imagine hanging off the side of a cliff with just the tips of your fingers to support you?

I get to speak with one of the finest songwriters in the world. The Mystery Jets have had some of the most infectious and emotive songs from a selection of albums that have crossed many different sounds and musical landscapes. Blaine takes me on a journey through the music and where the band came from to where they are now. I'm honoured to bring you the story of two incredible people with the help of John Dalley and Donna Freelove. John, along with his wife Gill helped create The Soi Dog Foundation in Phuket. As many of you will know I adopted Rosie {my feral friend} from Soi Dog following my first spell volunteering. You'll hear a pretty intense story from the grassroots developement of the early days through personal tradegy and incredible achievements. Donna was there from the early days and became one of Gill's most closest and trusted friends. John is candid and open talking about his unique partnership with his wife Gill and everything they accomplished together. It's quite remarkable.

Quite the cult legend joins me this week. Really excited for this one as like most of you that have a television Ralph has been on it a lot. He's done some truly remarkable film work as well. You'll know him from Withnail and I, Wayne's World two and Alien 3, plenty more besides. Such a unique life he has led and continues to. We get pretty deep and cover a lot of the hedonism of his youth but much more than that. We get the smell of a hard working actor, But enough of my yacking, lets boogie.

If I die tomorrow this will be a moment I remember for a while, talking to the one and only Ralph Brown.
