The Liminal Therapist episodes

  • I honor grief in times of transition

There was a point when I realized I held grief for the version of me that drank too much.

Logically, my life was so much better without alcohol.

But so much changed. My relationships, my habits, my ability to be present. It was for the better - and yet it was drastically different.

And so often we don't have these conversations. You can change your life for the better and still grieve the life you leave behind.

This episode is about how we can hold grief and gratitude at the same time as we move through transition.

  • I show up to be seen

A reel on IG sent me into a spiral. These are my musings about the idea of being seen and not letting fear stop you from using your voice.
