Its the largest Festival of Faith in Ireland and Fr Michael Cusack joined us ahead of the annual St Gerards Novena in Dundalk. We looked forward to the official opening of the all new Village Hotel this weekend and we'll be there to give that Dream Wedding away worth €15K!! Gerry dropped in on the Cuidiu Breastfeeding Support group in Drogheda to mark National Breastfeeding week. While Kilmoon Cross was our destination today for our Road Safety feature "Every Road has a Cross to Bear".

As it's World Animal Week the ISPCA and the Irish Pet Advertising Advisory Group released a powerful video called Puppy Dot Con as part of their campaign to raise awareness about the dangers of responding to online pet advertisements. The video demonstrates how easy it is to be fooled by unscrupulous breeders highlights the dangers of buying a pet online. ISPCA CEO Dr Andrew Kelly joined us.
We had a catch up with classical guitarist Pat Coldrick who has a brand new album and is playing at Slane Castle in the coming months and as part of our Road Safety Awareness week we invited our regular motoring expert Tony Conlon along with Simon Allen Global Tyres Dundalk and Thomas mc Phelim Blackstone Motors to discuss car maintenance and safety. Plus we heard from Michael O Neill who shared his tragic story of loss in our series 'Every Road has a Cross to Bear'

Presenter Gerry Kelly was so impressed with Joanna Fortune's new book "15 Minute Parenting" he desribed it as "the best book I've ever read on rearing children". Cecilia Forrestal from the Community Action Network told us how they may be of assistance to people facing eviction or in mortgage distress around their family homes.
