Dennis' dream of becoming a human blood bag for a bunch of terminally ill post-apocalyptic desert savages nearly comes true in our chat this week about 2015's Mad Max: Fury Road.

Directed by George Miller. Starring Tom Hardy, Charlize Theron, and Nicholas Hoult.

"An apocalyptic story set in the furthest reaches of our planet, in a stark desert landscape where humanity is broken, and most everyone is crazed fighting for the necessities of life. Within this world exist two rebels on the run who just might be able to restore order."

Dennis chooses coming of age nostalgia in this week's pick of Boyhood, the movie filmed over the course of 12 years. Shockingly missing from this tale of divorce is having to bring your dad his mail when he picks you up for the weekend.

Directed by Richard Linklater. Starring Ellar Coltrane, Patricia Arquette, and Ethan Hawke.

"The film tells a story of a divorced couple trying to raise their young son. The story follows the boy for twelve years, from first grade at age 6 through 12th grade at age 17-18, and examines his relationship with his parents as he grows."

Dennis finds sympathy in his heart and saves us from having to watch The Happening and by choosing Fight Club, makes David Fincher the most picked director thus far.

Directed by David Fincher. Starring Edward Norton, Brad Pitt, and Helena Bonham Carter.

"A ticking-time-bomb insomniac and a slippery soap salesman channel primal male aggression into a shocking new form of therapy. Their concept catches on, with underground “fight clubs” forming in every town, until an eccentric gets in the way and ignites an out-of-control spiral toward oblivion."
