Have you ever stopped and admired the grandeur of creation? Have you laid on your back and gazed at the stars, or paused to reflect on the beauty of a field of flowers? Take some time to do this soon! Remember how much time and effort God put into the world you live in, and how incredible and powerful He is! Pastor Danny will remind you today that God put great thought into you too! YOU are His creation, a creation He loves so much that He gave His Son to die for you, so that He could have a relationship with you!

There’s no reason to waste your energy accruing earthly treasures. These things quickly become distractions from your true purpose in this world. You may find yourself coveting the possessions of others, but as Pastor Danny reminds us in today’s message, you have a great inheritance coming. Together with Christ, you will inherit everything that God has created. What amazing grace! Not only does God withhold the judgment you deserve, but He gives you an equal share in what He gives His Son!

Pastor Danny today will remind you that you can't be good enough in God's sight on your own. Don't get discouraged – there's a solution! That fact is why God sent His Son to die for the sins every person has committed and will commit in the future! Jesus lived a perfect, sinless life, was nailed to a cross, and endured complete separation from His Father. But then – He defeated death! He rose from the grave – He's your conquering Savior! Jesus is alive today, and you can accept the grace He's offering right now!

The writer of Hebrews spends time proving the validity of who Jesus is, and his assessment of your Savior will take you back into the Old Testament today! Pastor Danny will remind you that every book of the Bible points to Jesus, not just the New Testament. God had a plan to bring Salvation to a world darkened by sin even before He Created it! He knew what would happen, and He knew that no human being would be good enough. That's why He sent His Son – to save the Creation He loves!

The temple of the Old Covenant didn’t have any place to sit down. It was not a place of rest. The priests were required to work continuously in their effort to atone for the sins of the people. But, as Pastor Danny reminds us in today’s message, Christ brought all of that to an end. As He stated before breathing His last breath on the cross, “it is finished”, the Old Covenant was fulfilled once and for all in His sacrifice. Because of that, you can come to Him and find rest, no works are required.
