God’s Word is amazing. All Scripture is God breathed, and it is not just our instruction book for life, but is also The Lord’s love letter to His people. In other words, religion says that man can somehow earn a relationship with The Lord. However, the Bible says that there is nothing that we can do in our own strength to be saved. The only way to heaven is by faith in Jesus Christ. In today’s message, Pastor Danny exposes to folly of religiosity. He points out that followers of Jesus do not obey a set of rules. Instead, Christians obey the Spirit’s leading out of a relationship with God.

When Jesus walked the earth, He was love personified. The Lord always treated people with respect and kindness. He dined with sinners and loved the outcasts. The Lord also spoke hard truths because love speaks the truth. In today’s message, Pastor Danny encourages us to do as our Master did by treating others with love and kindness. As we show God’s love to the world, they will recognize that we belong to Jesus and will be drawn to experience the same love that changed us from the inside out.

The Bible says over and over to not be afraid. By this we can ascertain that fear is a normal emotion that we all will wrestle with from time to time. However, God commands us to be led by faith not fear. In today’s message, Pastor Danny teaches us that the opposite of fear is faith. Though we may be afraid, by faith we must step out to share the Good News of Jesus Christ knowing that God is empowering us to do His work just as He was with all the saints who have come before us.
