In honor of Valentine’s Day week and Esters’ annual Rosé tasting, Kathryn and Tug are drinking pink. Actually it’s more of a peachy hue, or "Arctic char", but nevertheless...Rosé! This is a rare Rosé from Vinho Verde in Northern Portugal, a region most famous for spritzy, low-alcohol White wine. The couple also shares an update on the Esters reopening and some good news on the home front. Tug is inspired by the one and only Tom Brady. Kathryn reads a snippet from one of her favorite Instagram poets. The Wine of the Week is the Casa do Valle, Vinho Verde Rosé, Portugal 2019.

In honor of “Dry January” (and pregnancy), Kathryn and Tug open up a bottle of non-alcoholic wine. This category of beverage doesn’t have the best reputation (most people opting for the classic Martinelli’s cider at the grocery store). However, when it’s coming from a fantastic winemaker and made with well-farmed Riesling grapes, it can be (almost) like wine! Kathryn talks about reasons to enjoy NA wine and other beverages, and how her taste has changed over the course of three pregnancies.
