Rabbi Schwarcz is the director of IKC – International Kosher Council, a Kosher Certifying Agency. 

He has worked over 30 years in kosher certification. Many years for the OU, Star K and KSA before starting IKC. 

Rabbi Schwarcz received his Smicha (Rabbinic Ordination) from Telshe Yeshiva in Cleveland, OH.   

He has extensive experience in Education in both Teaching and administration.  

He has spent much time teaching both young people and adults of all ages. 

Rabbi Schwarcz has been a Pulpit Rabbi for many years in places such as New York (Manhattan), Brooklyn, Santa Barbara, CA and in Portugal, Italy and Greece. 

He is the son of Holocaust Survivors and decided to make it his mission to return Kashrus back to Halacha.
