For our 20th episode, we discuss We Begin at the End by Chris Whitaker. This book is a very slow burning mystery where each character is cloaked in clouds of heartbreak, despair and fierce loyalty. Where does the blame lie? How far will they go to protect themselves and each other? Listen in this week as Katey and Kimmy break down this novel!

This week we jump into a cozy mystery, Finlay Donovan Is Killing It by Elle Cosimano! We discuss the twists, the turns and how we think Finlay Donovan might knock 'em dead!

On this week's episode, we kick things off a little differently and introduce who we are as people a little more. There's a round of Rapid Fire that is such a hoot. Plus, we FINALLY learn why Kimmy is so afraid of scary movies/books and also who has seen the scariest movie.

This week we discuss the classic dystopian novel 1984 by George Orwell. I'm sure you know by now how very different Katey and Kimmy are but this week, we will drive home the fact that two people can read the exact same book and take away COMPLETELY different things. We learn a lot about ourselves and each other.

This week we feature an incredible novel by Taylor Jenkins Reid. There is so much laughter and banter as we talk about each and every husband, the insane laws from back in the day and the nonsense made up by the media.

Quite possibly our heaviest episode yet. This week we discuss The Push by Ashley Audrain, which focuses on a mom who is stuck in generational trauma. There are hard topics discussed, including the death of children so just be warned before you listen.
