Egyptians had it, Psalms & Proverbs have it, Confusious and the Dalai Lama have it... so why do we in our past and present societies neglect our mental health? We have great examples of how Simone Biles, Allison Felix, Shacarri Richardson, Michael Phelps and even Mike Tyson have to be internally what they are externally. It's draining, but why... could there be more to it than just being an athlete? Teacher? Employee or what our assumptions lead us to believe?

Celebration 🍾🥳🎋🎊🎏🎉 is in order and I don't take this lightly. People keep asking me about my MOTIVATION to do this, but it took an equal amount if support from my wife and friend / coach to keep me aligned and keep it real. This experience opened me up to the world 🌎 and what age really means. Tune in 📻🎙📡

Are you mentally healing? How are you repairing your brain as you go through a more difficult adult life? One of my best friends reminded me that bullying myself into shame isn't healthy when trying to be your best self, an old habit from our 20's... what else do I need to heal from?

There are some great collaborations forming between women now, and it's amazing. This world can be evil, cruel, brutal and mean. We've all heard that this is a man's world, so why shouldn't women join hands with other women and help each other out? There are gaps between that are successful, the women that understand life and the women that are struggling. There won't be an entry way or bridge created until women create it for each other.

After studying marriage trends, it appears that every jump in marriage over the decades was followed by divorce. The same decrease pattern shows up with marriage & divorces as well. Are there other trends that factor into why men won't pop the question?

Somehow people forget how much sympathy they want during hard times. Then forget about that sentiment when judging others. I'm sure Shacarri would gladly take 2nd 🥈 or even 3rd 🥉at Olympic trials if that meant bringing her mother back. So it's not about a substance, but a situation... who else has tasted this bitter moment?

Can a straight man celebrate Pride Month? Or can you celebrate Juneteenth if you aren't black? Let's dig into some of the resistance, struggles to become normal culture and the familiar aspects that orbit the LGBTQIA community...please don't hunt me down if I get something wrong, work with me.

This show has been such a great tool of both therapy and entertainment. Many people follow this show, and some refuse to; which is fine. Not everyone can watch every show. This one parallels many of the issues and psychology found in many people I know. I highly resonated with many of this shows characters, and can't wait to see how the Grand Finals closes next season.

There are plenty of easy ways to end racism, that would cost no money. But in those solutions the commitment would be so much more difficult than reparations. For some odd reason we haven't crossed a bridge yet to better communication, better understanding, and a willingness to understand our place in the world. In this Podcast we break down communication, reparations, and the world.

I don't ever have to grind again, and I'm so glad that at this phase of life now... I don't have to look at life the way I did when I was 21. Now that I'm wiser I will use my resources, and my energy for better. We can do it together!!!!
