In this episode, Kimberly and I talk about getting our feelings hurt by our kids. Then we go through a few old file folders we found in the garage that bring up some good memories, and some hard ones too. Finally, I make her an Old Fashioned using our new Eli Mason Barrel Aged Old Fashioned Mixer that releases on Wednesday, June 14 for National Old Fashioned Day!

In this episode I visit with Jay Cleveland, the founder and owner of the Tennessee Peanut Co. based in Nashville, Tennessee. Jay and I talk about growing up without a father, how he spent nearly two years in prison from age 16 to 18, how God changed his life, the best recipe for homemade boiled peanuts, and so much more. Jay is an awesome guy with an incredible story, and I hope hearing his story inspires you as much as it does me. Love y'all!

I'm an idea guy. And generally speaking, when I have an idea, I take it to my wife for her feedback because she's the smartest person I know. So it stands to reason that she's heard hundreds of ideas from me over our 22 years of marriage. But she hasn't heard them all! In this episode, I share with my wife three different ideas that I've had over the years, but never did anything with. She offers her feedback, and hilarity ensues.
I messed up today. Actually I messed up several times today, so I asked my wife to unpack everything in a little Sunday Afternoon Front Porch Therapy Session.
