This week’s podcast guest is the incredibly fun, stylish, and inspirational Dileiny Baron from @lovefashionfriends! I met Dileiny on the brand trip I went on to Winnipeg a few weeks back, and we instantly connected when sharing our stories!

Dileiny has also navigated the difficulty of choosing herself… through divorce, starting a then controversial career with blogging, and overall striving to stay true to herself in a world that tells us to fit in and play safe.

In this episode she shares her story, how she knew she needed to choose herself in her love life + career, and how she navigated doing so despite pushback from friends and family when going through it. I hope you guys enjoy and leave as inspired as I did!

As much as I'm the queen of shifting into the thoughts and energy aligned with what I want, I'm also not about toxic positivity and emotionally or spiritually bypassing. Ignoring or sweeping difficult emotions and situations under the rug does not help us at all, especially not with having our status quo be being a high vibe and a clear channel + energetic match for what we want.

What does help us be those things? Learning how to actually support ourselves through the tough times in a way that's supportive during and actually helps us process and release it all so it's not stored in our body and subconscious as trauma.

So today I'm sharing my process that has gotten me through SO much the last year (a breakup, living with an ex for 7 months, loosing money in a crypto scam, moving across the country while leaving 95% of my belongings in storage, therapy with my family... a lot Lol.), and not only that, but being less affected by the difficult things that happen, and overall more and more resiliant!

This last year I’ve grown and elevated faster than I ever have. And it’s only been getting easer, faster, and so much more enjoyable. I’ve cracked the code… on how to stay growing and moving towards big dreams without feeling shitty about where I’m at and overwhelmed by the distance between where I am and where I want to be… on how to grow the way we were meant to. And I’ve broken it down into 8 steps I’m sharing with you in this episode.

 I’m so happy with who I am, where I’m at, and what my life looks like while being even more excited about who I’m becoming, where I’m going, and what’s in the pipeline, and these steps that are a part of just how I live now are really the foundation to how I’ve been able to do it all.

Self-love is about acceptance, but it’s also about accountability. I don’t think we need to choose between loving and accepting ourselves and our lives or shooting for the stars and becoming our highest selves. We can do it all and have a hell of a time on the journey there, and that’s exactly what you’ll learn how to do in this episode!

I've been having conversations with friends and in my DMs recently surrounding men and how they're showing up... or not... a lot. Dating can weigh incredibly heavy on us if it's not going well, as we get emotionally attached and most of us dream of meeting our life partner more than anything else.

But over the last year, my experiences in dating have gotten more fun, more easy, and more high vibe, and it's because of some principles I've started living by (thanks to friends and a few painful experiences haha).

I'm sharing 5 things that I've found incredibly helpful, and am also weighing in on the whole 'if he wanted to he would' conversation, because I think it's both true and toxic, depending on how you're using it!
