Infuse Pain with Light - This ten-minute meditation focuses on infusing areas of the body in pain with light. Ideally, perform this practice outside in natural light—whether from the sun, moon, or stars—but it can be done anywhere.

Eleanor invites you to pay attention to any areas of stuck or tight energy. Direct your inhales to infuse these areas with light and use your exhales to release tension, visualizing spaciousness around the painful parts. This meditation encourages you to let your body move if needed, following your natural rhythm and pace.
