This is day nine of a 29 day journey where you will learn the fundamentals of mindful meditation while syncing yourself with the cycles of the moon, the gorgeous feminine mass in our solar system. Begin this podcast on the new moon to follow the cycle that is outlined over the next Synodic month: The harmonization of the movement of both the sun and the moon.
Today we will explore "Mindfulness of Body." Our body is always right here in the moment. Can we practice shifting our attention to the body for insights into our lives. To inhabit the body, means to surrender to what can sometimes feel out of control. In many Buddhist teachings, our bodies are not to be manipulated, but to be our teachers.
Today we meditate for 20 minutes where we practice listening to the body as a wing of wisdom.
