On today's episode of The Makers Voice we are talking to Ian Mills. Ian is one of the brewers and co-founders of 5 Paddles Brewing. Ian started his brewing life at 17 when he discovered Home Brewing. Since then he has grown and experimented, eventually opening a full craft brewery. Ian gives us some great insight into the craft beer industry, talks about starting out in his basement, and moving all the way up to where he is today. We also chat about the work that 5 Paddles is doing for Pride Durham and Sick Kids Hospital.

She uses historical reference to hand drill, rivet, hand-tin, and polish each of her creations, using tools like those used in the 1700s and 1800s.
