Taxation without representation. The battle cry of many during the early revolutionary days of our
nation’s founding and the thought that it was the primary reasoning for launching the act of defiance
that we all know today as the “Boston Tea Party.” But it goes much deeper than that. The colonists were
fed up with having to pay for the French and Indian wars the British were fighting, that in no way
represented their interests, being taxed at increasing rates for common goods they used, and having a
premium placed on items that were considered “luxuries.” Fast forward more than two hundred years
later and here we stand having our pocketbooks raided by greedy hands as we watch the latest in
bomber technologies fly into lands for no explicable reasoning other than a nebulous statement and
falsified fears. We scrimp by for necessities, and the simplest of pleasures comes with an ever-increasing
price tag. But things are great again right?
This week’s guest on The Malliard Report has had enough. Enough of the way things are ran, enough of
people being treated as if they are property, and enough of people being unable to live a life that truly
fulfills who they are called to be. This week to the show, Jim welcomes the head of the “Taxation is
Theft” movement, presidential candidate, and advocate for pineapple on pizza, Dan Taxation Is Theft
(yes, he legally had his middle name changed) Behrman.
“Dan Behrman is an international speaker, promoting the ideas that Taxation Is Theft,
that individual freedom is paramount to the government, and that we are not government property. He
is the founder of the Taxation Is Theft Shop, and host of the Taxation Is Theft Podcast Dan was born in
Los Angeles, California and worked successfully as a video producer and editor for commercial and non-
profit organizations and celebrities. He is also a software engineer who has worked with multi-million
dollar international startups and Fortune 500 companies. In his career he has never found a problem too
big to solve, recognizing that the best solution is often the simplest. He is a supporter of free markets,
individual rights, environmental and social issues, and has delivered this message to 6 continents,
empowering people in some of the world's most impoverished nations. As a digital nomad, he is
currently running his presidential campaign from Cancun, Mexico. As president, he seeks to transform
the federal government into one that interacts with its citizens on a purely voluntary basis, so that we
can be free from the coercive nature of abusive taxation and regulation”
Dan’s platform is certainly one of the people, for the people and worth researching for yourself. You can

In an unprecedented move, the four prosecutors that pushed for the maximum seven to nine-year
prison sentence following conviction of Roger Stone, all stepped down from the case with one resigning
entirely from the Justice Department. This move came quickly on the heels following an overturn of the
sentence from the Department of Justice, recommending a lesser sentence if a conviction is found. Many
claim that this move was nothing more than theatrics already planned out far in advance to build
sympathy for a future cause, this however still will be a move that is going to be remembered; good, bad,
or indifferent.
Ever since the gag order was placed on Roger Stone (a long-time friend of the show) information from
his side of the story has been only been gleaned from what can be pulled from filtered national sources.
This week on The Malliard Report, Jim sits down with someone that is as close to the source as one can
get without having Roger on again. This week Jim welcomes Roger Stone’s attorney and advisor Tyler
Nixon to the show to discuss what lead up to the point that it is now, what the future may hold, and
openly expresses his thoughts and opinions on those that are involved.
This is a great episode because Tyler is incredibly knowledgeable about the subject matter he discusses
and does so in a manner that is easily understandable; breaking down the events, people, and actions
that led to this particular juncture that we are in politically. To say that 2020 will be a rollercoaster is a
vast understatement and Tyler believes the same. Citing factions splitting within parties, neck biting from
candidates, and just all-out the turmoil, it will be a strange one for sure. Tyler keeps a relatively low online
profile but can be found on Twitter @TylerPNixon and it is recommended you give him a follow. For all
things Malliard, head over to malliard.com for the latest in show news, past episodes, and so much
more. You can connect with Jim on all the social media platforms @malliard and don’t forget to rate and

Who are the four prosecutors (Mueller people?) who cut and ran after being exposed for recommending a ridiculous 9 year prison sentence to a man that got caught up in an investigation that was illegal, the Mueller Scam, and shouldn’t ever even have started? 13 Angry Democrats?
All four Roger Stone prosecutors resign from case after DOJ backpedals on sentencing recommendation
Trump tweeted early Tuesday, calling the initial sentencing recommendation "disgraceful" and a "miscarriage of justice."
