At CinemaCon 2026, Disney debuted a brand-new trailer and the opening sequence for the upcoming Star Wars movie The Mandalorian and Grogu. Directed by Jon Favreau, the footage reveals Din Djarin and Grogu hunting down Imperial remnant forces in the lawless Outer Rim following the fall of the Empire. Highlights from the action-packed preview include intense combat sequences on an AT-AT and AT-ST Walker, Grogu using the Force to dismantle a droid, and a snowy mountain escape.
