Inspiration for this week's episode comes from this quote. There seems to be negative connotations for people who put themselves first, particularly women. Why should we settle? Why can't we break the glass ceiling? Who says we cannot be intelligent, successful, powerful and like pink and glitter? The two do not cancel each other out.

I discuss how to incorporate self-prioritisation to live life as your highest self. You are the only constant in your life, act accordingly.
