In this episode I share how we go about integrating the feeling of not being good enough.
When we try to get rid of this feeling, it only perpetuates the belief that there is something wrong.
Instead of trying to get rid of it, we embrace it and integrate it.
When we do this, it loses its power over us and we will finally be able to experience true freedom!

Small hinges move big doors!!
For many years I believed that one day I was going to have a huge breakthrough and discover something BIG that would change my life.
I thought that the next book, or the next program, or the next coach would reveal to me what I was doing wrong.
What was missing wasn't something big, it was the small and easy things that were right in front of me that I was dismissing as unimportant.
What I realized is doing these small things EVERY DAY, is what leads to the BIG TRANSFORMATION!

Forgiveness is one of the most powerful tools when it comes to healing.
However, there are a lot of beliefs and misconceptions around forgiveness that need to be set straight.
In this episode I share:
- What real forgiveness actually is
- The importance of not suppressing our emotions
- How forgiveness has to do with physical healing
- How all forgiveness is self forgiveness
- How forgiving can be natural instead of forced
Here is the forgiveness statement I share in the episode:
Say to them in your mind, "I forgive you for you know not what you do. You only act out of your own confusion and rage, blinded by darkness, struggling to find your own significance and love. You too were wounded, even as you wounded me. But today I forgive you, for you know not what you do. I will not call you a fool and thereby murder you. Instead I will love you."

Our current reality is based upon the old belief that our bodies are nothing more than physical, mechanical beings. This belief has wove its way into every fabric of our society.
Asa result, people have given their power away to doctors and medications.
Fortunately, science has discovered something called quantum physics, that proves we are deeply deeply connected more than we could ever imagine.
This understanding allows us to take our power back into our own hands and begin to facilitate our own healing.
