  • 21. Why We Fear Success

Success can feel scary for so many reasons: fear of failure, fear of being seen, and sometimes even fear of who we might become.

In this episode, I explore the deep-rooted fears, social expectations, and inner resistance that can keep us from fully stepping into our power. Through vulnerability, insight, and practical guidance, I invite listeners to embrace authenticity, expand beyond limiting beliefs, and create a life that truly lights them up.

  • 19. Embodied Boundaries & Navigating Family Dynamics

In this episode, I open up about one of the most challenging parts of the healing journey: navigating family dynamics and close relationships while growing into your authentic self. Through a somatic and embodiment lens, I explore what happens when healing begins to shift the way we relate to the people around us.

I share practical tools for setting healthy boundaries, communicating your needs with clarity and confidence, and protecting your peace without disconnecting from the people you love. We explore self-advocacy, nervous system awareness, relational triggers, and how to create healthier connections rooted in honesty, compassion, and self-trust.

This episode is for anyone who feels activated, drained, or challenged in relationships with loved ones, and is learning how to stay connected to themselves while staying in relationship with others.

  • 18. When Women Gather: Rebuilding the Village with Lauren LaRose

In this episode, I’m joined by Lauren LaRose, clinical herbalist, founder of the Wild Rose Apothecary, and the visionary behind the Wild Rose Festival, an annual gathering that brings together 1,000 women in celebration of connection, healing, and community.

Lauren shares her journey of becoming a mother during the isolation of COVID, and how that experience sparked a deep desire to rebuild the village so many women are missing. What began as a personal need for connection has grown into a powerful movement for women to come together to dance, learn, breathe, and support one another in meaningful ways.

We dive into the realities of being a busy modern woman: balancing motherhood, business, and big visions, and the importance of allowing ourselves to be supported. Lauren speaks candidly about learning to receive help, and how that shift not only nourishes her, but ripples outward into her family, her work, and her wider community.

This conversation is a reminder that we are not meant to do life alone. If you’ve been craving deeper connection, this episode will inspire you to seek out, or create, your own village.

  • 17. Addicted to Chaos, Learning Peace

This week, I explore something that’s rarely talked about: how challenging it can be to shift from a life fueled by adrenaline and chaos into one rooted in regulation, ease, and alignment. As much as I’m deeply grateful for the life I’ve created, I’m still learning how to feel at home in this slower, more grounded pace.

I share my experience about what recalibrating my whole life has felt like, including the discomfort, the identity shifts, and the moments that have been confronting.

Throughout the episode, I dive into the practices that helped me get here: somatic therapy and embodiment work, rewiring limiting beliefs, expanding my mindset, taking aligned steps, and the daily habits that make all the difference.

If you’re navigating your own healing journey or learning how to feel safe in a regulated life, this episode will meet you in that in-between space.

  • 16. Herbal Alchemy and the Cycles that Shape Us with Megan Kendrick

In this episode, I sit down with herbalist Megan Kendrick, who weaves alchemy into her medicine-making practice through the art of spagyrics. We begin by exploring the practical side of alchemy: how these ancient processes can potentize herbal extractions and deepen the experience of engaging with plant medicine.

From there, the conversation opens into more esoteric and expansive terrain. We reflect on alchemy as a mirror for life itself; moving through cycles of distillation, breakdown, and refinement that shape who we become. Megan shares her perspective on nature as a living teacher, revealing how its spiraling rhythms can guide us back into alignment when the human world feels overwhelming or disconnected.

Together, we explore what it means to become more embodied, to trust the wisdom of cyclical transformation, and to return to nature as both anchor and guide. This episode is an invitation to see your own life through an alchemical lens, where every phase of change carries the potential for depth, meaning, gnosis, and transformation.

  • 15. How to Thrive: A Guide for Sensitive & Neurodivergent Souls

If the world has ever felt like too much for your nervous system, you’re not alone.

Thriving in the modern world as a sensitive or neurodivergent person is possible, but it takes awareness and intentionality to craft a life that honours your unique needs rather than overrides them. In this episode I open up about my experience as a highly sensitive soul, sharing both the hard truths and the practices that have genuinely helped me feel more grounded, spacious, and supported in my life.

    This episode covers:

    • Why you feel overwhelmed, and what to do about it
    • How to build routines and habits that support you instead of drain you
    • Herbal medicines to nourish your nervous system
    • Simple mindset shifts that replace urgency with calm and clarity

If you’ve ever felt like you have to push through, numb out, or “keep up” just to function, this conversation will feel like a deep exhale. Whether you identify as highly sensitive, neurodivergent, or simply feel things deeply, you’ll walk away with insights that help you honour how you’re wired.

  • 14. Embodied Myth & Earth-Based Spirituality with Natalie Rousseau

In this episode, I sit down with Natalie Rousseau to explore the intersection between nature’s cycles, astrology, herbalism, storytelling, and embodied practice. Drawing from her experience as yoga teacher, herbalist, and somatic therapist, Natalie shares how reconnecting with seasonal rhythms can deepen self-awareness, resilience, and a sense of belonging. She weaves in her early fascination with the natural world, her path into herbalism, and the everyday magic of kitchen witchery to offer grounded ways to live more in touch with nature and connected to the wisdom of the body.

We dive into how astrology and seasonal wisdom can be integrated into herbal practices, and why embodiment and somatic awareness are essential for truly living these teachings rather than just understanding them intellectually. Through myth, archetypes, and the mirror of nature, this conversation offers grounded ways to navigate life’s challenges with more presence and a deep sense of being a part of something truly magical.

If you’re curious about earth-based spirituality, embodied herbalism, seasonal living, and looking for ways to feel more connected to the rhythms of the natural world, this episode is for you.

  • 12. Homeopathy, Herbalism & Ancestral Healing with Seraphina Capranos

In this rich conversation, I sit down with Seraphina Capranos - homeopath, herbalist, and priestess - to explore the deep intersections of plant medicine, spiritual practice, and ancestral healing.

Seraphina unpacks the nuances between homeopathy and herbalism, and how each modality works on different layers of the body, mind, and spirit. She also speaks to other layers of healing including the ways unresolved patterns move through ancestral lineages and the collective, inviting us into a more holistic understanding of healing that goes beyond the individual.

We close the conversation by discussing what it means to stay grounded while being open to unseen realms, how to cultivate discernment in spiritual practice, and the importance of reconnecting with nature as a source of wisdom and medicine.
