A follow up after the visit with my cardiologist yesterday afternoon. I have also discovered that I seem to have arrhythmia as well. The doctor ordered a two-week heart monitor test for me, so I'll be wearing one of those in the coming days. Three steps forward, two steps back, as they say. Stay positive.

I still have the nausea, which is constant, but it doesn't get worse if I don't eat right away.
