I'm feeling much better today than yesterday after plenty of rest and a good night's sleep. Happy Labor Day to all.

I may have overdone it a little earlier today and that lead to me crashing in the early afternooon with no energy, exhaustion, and shakiness. I slept for a couple of hours and seem to fine, but it was the first time thins particular sensation has struck me during my recovery.
