The Marvels Movie Review - Is It Actually Good?
The Marvels movie review. Brie Larson is back as Captain Carol Danvers. This time around she has a team though with Miss Marvel and Monica Rambeau. I'm not sure if anyone actually cares about the MCU but they better do their homework going into this or they may be confused. The Marvels requires a good amount of pregame knowledge. Which includes watching several Disney+ TV shows and movies from the MCU. If not, you will get very quick backstory but not much else.
I found The Marvels to be a fast, fun and solid superhero movie. It's nothing amazing but it had enough going for it that I didn't leave upset or annoyed. It's far better than Captain Marvel too thanks to a better cast, snappier length and fun twist on the powers. Not a bad watch!
