On this episode, Walt talks with Terps Women's Tennis alumnae Olga and Nataliya Bredikhina. The sisters discuss their career and identity development journeys as former international student-athletes at UMD. They also provide insight into their graduate school journeys studying economics and sport business, respectively. 

Olga is an Assistant Research Economist for the Alabama Transportation Institute at The University of Alabama. She leads and supports research initiatives to improve transportation infrastructure in Alabama and the U.S.

Nataliya is a Graduate Research Assistant at Temple University in the School of Sport, Tourism and Hospitality Management and the Sport Industry Research Center. She also teaches undergraduate courses within the Sport and Recreation Management department.
