This is the recording of Eric McLuhan's last speech, delivered May 17th 2018, the night before he died. The speech was delivered at El Nogal, Bogotá, Colombia, on the occasion of the launch of La Universidad de la Sabana's doctoral program in Communication and Media studies.

July 24, 2019 - Universidad de la Sabana, Bogotá, Colombia: Andrew McLuhan's address at the inaugural Catedra Eric McLuhan 2019: Political Speech in the Age of Social Networks and Big Data. The Catedra Eric McLuhan is an annual event honouring Eric McLuhan, and welcoming the new year's students to the university's doctoral program.  In this speech,  Andrew discusses the life and work of Marshall and Eric McLuhan, and his own story, in relation to the topic of 'political speech in the age of social networks and big data.'
