Along the way, we'll discuss the allure of horse books, the internal politics of a farm, and how milk, a cheese sandwich, and mountain air can heal anything.  Signature Cocktail: Hot Fire Emoji Sour Essential fuel for when you're not just doing the thing, but doing the damn thing. 1oz Fireball whiskey 1oz Spiced Rum 3/4oz lemon juice 3/4 simple syrup 2 shakes Cherry Bitters 1 egg white Combine ingredients in a shaker without ice and shake for 20 seconds. Add 6 ice cubes and shake for a further 30 seconds. Strain into a pre-chilled cocktail glass, through a fine mesh strainer. Shake vigorously until frost forms on outside of shaker. Pour without straining into a double old-fashioned glass. Using the back of a spoon, float sherry on top, and garnish with mint. Pour coffee liqueur into an oversize shot glass.
