On Mayor on Air, Mayor Shane Pitt outlined the up and coming monthly meeting and strongly encouraged the community to attend the meeting when you can have the opportunity to have your say with questions. It is the best way for you to provide feedback and to be informed in advance about things on the council's table at the moment. He also let us know about the bushfire information workshops happening in Queenstown and Strahan soon and the up and coming official opening of the SILVER CITY MTB TRAILS.

Mayor Shane Pitt was again in the studio for Mayor on Air. Today he and Skirvo reflected on last weekend with the success of the Unconformity's UN TV movie drive in and the RSL Health Expo which state team members said was the biggest they have ever seen. The Mayor also touched on the latest as far as the proposed Cable Car for Mount Owen. He also addressed the recent media release- Fair Share given for Hydro Profit.
