The General Manager of the West Coast council David was in the studio this morning for this week's mayor on air. Busy times with the elections underway and all the Candidates announced publicly .  We were notified this morning about Vandalism at Headley Faulls park this week and we do have a public holiday next Friday due to the Burnie show so the council offices will be closed next friday.

Skirvo caught up with our wonderful Mayor of West Coast Council  - Shane Pitt. Council have been busy approving grants at the recent Council meeting. On Saturday the 10th both Strahan and Rosebery residents will have the opportunity to attend scheduled meetings regarding the new development of the Strahan playground and Rosebery Skate Park. Just a reminder that the 1st rates instalment is NOW DUE and that parking meters around the West Coast have been turned BACK ON.
