Erin is a Breathwork facilitator and healer, acupuncturist, Reiki Master, herbalist and a teacher of David Elliott's Level One Breathwork Healer Training. I was honored to share the airwaves again, with my beloved mentor and friend, Paramatma Siri Sadhana. Paramatma is the founder and director of the Surat Shabad Sound School and The Invincible Hall in New York City, LA, and Amritsar, India. She is direct student of Yogi Bhajan and Guru Dev Singh. Her visionary work is leading a revolution in sound, meditation and consciousness in New York City and beyond. Paramatma is also a musician, vocalist, filmmaker and honors graduate of Georgetown University.

I love this conversation because it’s about where it all started for me. I discovered Paramatma via her daily transmissions, Space Weather Service, about three years ago this summer. What began as foreign information, has become a daily rhythm of my heart. I was raised believing astrological curiosity was not something we do. And so, I didn’t…for many years. AS I began learning more, listening more, and deep-diving into my own birth chart, a whole world opened up to me. Things began to make more sense, resistances dropped, and I was able, I think for the first time ever, to settle into the truth of WHO I am and what MY purpose is. I began to realize what once was taboo, was actually liberating, expansive, and comforting. This has opened my eyes and my heart to knowing things are so much bigger than what I grew up thinking/believing. I believe the cosmos were intentionally placed, in perfect order, for our knowledge gaining experience This study will shed so much light on your journey here on this planet. I was so honored to share The Sacred Space with this lovely soul. We talk mentorship and creating a life that's in total alignment with our message. She shares her story to finding truth and purpose after an early injury and where that has taken her up until now. Susan talks about her practice, her teachers, her pup, her partner, her life's mission. We both spend time talking about the impact of mentorship has had in our lives. Susan Ashley Hunt is a spiritual teacher and Buddhist. Sue, her husband Dan and wolf dog call the high desert Taos, New Mexico home. Sue is called to hear, follow and realize SPIRIT in her work and teaching. She teaches eastern philosophy, yogic practice, embodying the divine feminine and meditation in teacher trainings, national workshops and international yoga retreats. Together Sue and her husband offer group and solo immersion retreats that submerge the student's body/mind in plant medicine, conscious consumption, mindful living, and spiritual practice with mind altering affects. They also are the creators of a curated, all organic made in the USA supplement line Live Lightly Wellness.

Sue works 1:1 with students in her intensive programs, Connect to Spirit & Recalibrate. She is an E-RYT 500, Urban Zen Integrative Therapist studied Hinduism and Transpersonal psychology academically. Sue completed a 1,500 hour Yoga Development Course, immersed in the teachings of Swami Sivanada Radha at Yashodhara Ashram. Susan has also studied yoga therapy at Krishnamacharya Yoga Mandiram, Chennai India. Richard Rosen is a long time mentor. Sue truly sees her spiritual guide for life as Paramatma Siri Sadhana, and continues to study and be inspired by her work and the technology of Kundalini.

I had the pleasure of talking with the beautiful Paola Atlason recently and I am SO EXCITED to share her story with each of you. Paola is a mama, Holistic Health Consultant, and the host of The .Live Journal Podcast. 

While growing up in the Dominican Republic, she struggled with a host of undiagnosed health issues. Without straight answers from her doctors, she decided to take her health into her own hands. She dove into the “why” behind her concerns and in that process, discovered herself.

After years of studying integrative medicine with the best practitioners in the world, she’s developed customized and simple methods to address stress, lack of motivation, and healthy weight concerns. Her mission is to let you know that through loving self-care, you too can design a life you love.
