As SLPs – and potentially Directors of Rehab (DOR) – we have the ability to impact our SNF residents’ care (and potentially reimbursement!) through our understanding of the Minimum Data Set (MDS).
No pressure, right?
If you’re a SNF SLP, Lysa Johnson, MAS, CCC-SLP, DCC-I is here to make this scary sounding Medicare requirement less intimidating.
This week, we’re breaking down Section GG and why this SNF assessment is so important for SLPs (plus, a scoring breakdown!)
