Master Your Membership Facebook Group 

This episode is all about whether you need a lot of time spent inside of your membership or whether you can run it with the time you have available.

One thing I don't hear people mention often enough is their time, some people already have a business, life, children and we want to do a membership business so we can get more freedom - some might be to leave their job, some might be to move their business into a membership. We have to think about the time we have to work on this business. I will make this really easy as well :) if you have loads of time you will be able to do more mastermind coaching style memberships where you have calls with your members one on one or in smaller group and give that more done for you service.

If you don't have that much time then you will not be able to do that, it’s totally fine as well its just about being honest, if you have less time you will be better building the content to be less on you - so you might drip feed the content per month and have say one Q&A session per month or you might do a course at the start which is already recorded then have a membership where you support in terms of maybe one expert interview a month or hot seat then a Q&A session.

What do you need for your membership at what stage?

Launch 🚀

Gather ideas: This is when you are just thinking about your membership, collect your ideas in somewhere like a notebook or Evernote.

Join groups in your niche: Join some groups in your niche on Facebook, Reddit etc… this will help build your knowledge of the market you want to go into.

Autoresponder: This is where you collect emails to build your list, a lot of the emailers like Active Campaign have a CRM system built in as well

Website: A website! Then you can build a page to send people to collect emails, to create a blog, podcast etc…

Payment provider: You will need to an account with a payment provider to collect your payments, Stripe or Paypal are your best bets here and they can handle recurring payments!
