First and foremost Beth considers herself as a human on a journey. Her degree as a Medical Doctor and board certification as an OB/Gyn mark her path. Her curiosity leads her to become a teacher of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction and an Ayurvedic Yoga Health Coach. Most recently she became certified in Functional Medicine which felt like completing the circle to her undergraduate degree in Biochemistry.
