SEASON 2!! 2025 started out rough, but we all know we grow through what we go through. This new season on the Mental Map, we're gonna dive into all things SELF CARE! Taking accountability, being honest with ourselves, and treating ourselves the way we treat the people we love-- because we deserve our love too!

"SUE ME!" Taking accountability this episode and sharing the things I knew I needed to work on to be a better version of myself. Overthinking, taking things personal, and emotional dependency were my top 3 things I worked on the most this year, through practicing Acceptance, Gratitude, and Awareness.

NO REGRETS! This week I reflect on past experiences and how important each one can be for our growth. I would not be the person I am today without choosing to take the opportunity to learn from each life experience. Don't regret, just learn!

Ramble Episode!! This is a new thing I wanna start- I didn't have one specific topic I wanted to talk about this week, so I just turned on the mic, clicked record, and spoke about whatever popped up! I've been struggling with the unknowns of my future from a career, to moving out, to where I should be in life in my mid 20s, and the expectations put on us to have it all figured out.

I just got back from an amazing trip to Japan and it made me think about how important I feel traveling is in general, but especially in your 20s. I talk about how I feel traveling can play a huge part in anyones healing and personal growth journeys!
