Meg apologizes right now for the many F-bombs dropped on today’s show - her Mental Mom Moment was a bit intense this week. Meg explains the term “Geriatric Millennial” and shares who is considered a young vs. old Millennial. Turns out Casey was born RIGHT in the middle of the Millennial Generation so Meg gives him a Buzzfeed quiz to find out if he’s “geriatric” or not. Meg admits that she DOES NOT understand Snap Chat - one of the tell tale signs she’s a “geriatric.” Meg also shares some tips for keeping spirits up during times of stress.
