A group called Assistance Dogs New Zealand trains service dogs for people with disabilities. And nine-year-old James Isaac is kept safe and calm by a devoted dog named Mahe.

Years ago, the Mercy Ship Anastasis was in Guinea, West Africa. Some crewmembers visited Nongo, a village of handicapped people. They noticed that many of the villagers had sores on their hands from cuts and scrapes they get from crawling on the rough ground.
